These terms govern your use of the Zencount platform and website. By registering or using it, you accept them.
1. Scope
These terms apply between [company name] (“Zencount”) and you as a user or your organisation for all services provided via the platform.

Zencount provides a software-as-a-service platform for financial planning & analysis (FP&A). Scope and limits follow the tier you subscribe to and the product description.
3. Account & registration
Sign-in is by magic link or SSO. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and your details accurate.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices follow the pricing page. Use is free under €1M planning revenue. Paid tiers are billed in advance.
5. User obligations
You agree to lawful use, not to infringe third-party rights, and not to circumvent security measures.
6. Data & ownership
Your content remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to provide the service. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance, force majeure).
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
9. Term & termination
Contracts may be terminated according to the tier you subscribe to. Up- and downgrades are possible at any time.
10. Changes & governing law
We may amend these terms with reasonable notice. German law applies; the place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, [registered seat].
