How is pricing calculated?
By your planning revenue in the base year — not per user. Starter covers up to €5M, Growth up to €25M, Scale is unlimited. Under €1M? Zencount is free forever.
Really free under €1M?
Yes. If your base-year planning revenue is under €1M, you get team planning, unlimited users and budget & actuals free forever — no credit card. You only pay once you grow past €1M.
Why no per-seat pricing?
Because planning is teamwork. Every plan includes unlimited users and editors — department heads, finance and viewers included. You pay for planning depth, never for headcount.
Is Zencount AI really included in Growth?
Yes — natural-language analysis with receipts, AI-drafted scenario proposals and scheduled routines are part of Growth and Scale at no extra cost.
How long does setup take?
Minutes, not weeks. Magic-link sign-in, a pre-filled chart of accounts, your first CSV import — a 221-row demo file is linked right in the upload panel if you want to try the flow first.
Which integrations exist today?
CSV/Excel upload is fully available, end-to-end. A NetSuite connection can be set up now, with live fetch next on the roadmap; DATEV, QuickBooks, Xero and Salesforce are in the works.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, up or down. There are no penalty fees when your team grows.
How do you handle our data?
Every tenant is isolated by Postgres Row-Level Security, integration credentials are AES-256-encrypted at rest, and your data is never used to train shared models.
